Home Owner/Strata Association (HOA)

A Homeowners Association (HOA) is a non-profit organisation and a distinct entity, comprising all unit owners of a collectively owned property. The HOA assumes the responsibility of overseeing, managing, and maintaining shared areas within the collectively owned property. Individuals who purchase property automatically become members of the HOA upon registration.

Every member is obligated to contribute to the "annual service charge," which is designed to fund the maintenance and routine upkeep of common areas in the building or community.
